Hello, I’m Dr. Laxmi Shankar Singh, and I’m here for you. As someone who has walked the path from medical student to senior neurologist, I deeply understand how unsettling neurological symptoms can feel. My Journey & Experience
I began my career as a junior resident in Medicine at KGMU (2011–2014), advancing to senior resident there (2014–2015). Eager to delve deeper into the nervous system, I completed my DM in Neurology at SGPGIMS (2015–2018), where I gained vast exposure to clinical cases and advanced neuro-electrophysiology (NCV, EMG, EEG, evoked potentials, rTMS). Following this, I served as a Consultant Neurologist at Mayo Medical Center, Gomtinagar (2018–2019), before founding Prime Neurology Clinic in 2019.
Over the past five years, I’ve cared for thousands of patients with headaches, seizures, stroke, neuropathic pain, movement disorders, sleep disturbances, memory issues, and more—always striving to treat the person, not just the condition.

Look for Pizza Hut and KFC on Raibareli Road. My clinic is right below on the ground floor, opposite Reliance Trends. Generous two- and four-wheeler parking inside.
The First Opinion / Neuro-Vision Clinic, Bahadur Vihar
In AWHO Sector 8—enter Gate B and follow signage to block 8-B on the first floor. Dedicated parking near the gate, with overflow on the adjacent lane.
